Clarification on False Allegations

In recent years, several false and defamatory statements have circulated online about Dr. Marc-André Pépin. These claims, which were based on misleading and unverified information, have since been proven unfounded.

To clarify the record:

The petition for liquidation of the SPI Investment Fund SPC, where Dr. Pépin previously served as manager, was officially withdrawn by order of the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands on 7 July 2022, with no findings of wrongdoing against him.

In July 2025, Comsure Group publicly issued an unreserved apology for publishing false and damaging claims implying that Dr. Pépin was involved in fraud. The company confirmed that he “was never accused of nor convicted of fraud in the proceedings in Geneva,” permanently removed the article, and notified Google to delist it.

Dr. Pépin has also published a detailed personal statement outlining the events that led to these false allegations and his efforts to protect investors and his professional reputation. Read the full statement here.

These documents together demonstrate that the claims made against Dr. Marc-André Pépin were false, withdrawn, and formally retracted.

I extend my sincere appreciation to those who stood by me during this challenging period and remain committed to approaching all my future endeavors with integrity and purpose.
